Blockwork

With a Safe Working Load of 1 Tonne per stand, Safestand is ideal for blockwork.

Steel Fixing

Following the success of SafeStand Access Systems with the brickwork trades, it is now being used regularly for structural works such as Steel Fixing and Concrete Placement.

Balcony Soffit Cladding

Where there is limited access available and smaller components are required to distribute to the workface, SafeStand has proved invaluable, such as installing cladding to the soffits of balconies.

Timber Cladding

Particularly with the increase in popularity of single storey timber clad construction, SafeStand has proved invaluable where a heavy duty, low level and stable work platform is required on the outside of buildings under construction.

Brickwork

SafeStand is regularly used for brickwork particularly where it is to be built internally, such as Rail Stations, Undercrofts, Tunnels, etc.

Civil Engineering

SafeStand has been used regularly on civil engineering sites for works such as Gabion Wall construction (Carillion & Balfour Beatty Construction), Reinforced Earth Wall Construction and Motorway Retaining Wall Construction (Birse Civils) and Culvert Construction (Barhale Construction).
