20.05.2014 – Transport for London are investing £700m to improve the Victoria Rail Station’s overall efficiency by refurbishing and extending Victoria Underground Station, which is served by the District and Circle lines as well as the Victoria line itself.

A 50/50 joint venture team set up between Taylor Woodrow and Bam Nuttall have secured the contract and are employing Pyramid Builders Limited to tackle the architectural brick and blockwork and associated work, including all lateral restraining of the masonry panels.  Pyramid Builders Ltd have a long standing history of using Safestand Access Systems and will be using it on all brick a block works on the project. The works include a new northern ticket hall, extended southern ticket hall and all new associated passenger links.
