The Newbury Racecourse, Dawnus Construction

18.05.2017 – Dawnus are undertaking the design and construction of new, BREEAM Excellent targeted racecourse facilities at the existing racecourse in Newbury. This new development will integrate enhanced racing and leisure with improved facilities, an enriched visitor experience and new management accommodation for staff of the racecourse.
The first phase of construction will consist of several items; careful dismantling of pavilions, extension to the owners and trainers car park, entrance demolition, new west entrance and horseman’s club facility, two new entrances to create a more attractive, customer-friendly arrival experience, administration office above the horseman’s club, new pre-parade ring with saddling stalls adjacent, expansion of the existing parade ring to include a completely new winners’ enclosure, repositioned pavilion suites, and landscaping around the grandstands.
