08/07/2015 – Brookfield Multiplex has started construction on White Collar Factory at Old Street roundabout in London.  The £105m project will be built in the heart of London’s emerging ‘Tech City’ district.  Swift Brickwork have been carrying out the build works with the help of the Safestand® Access System to aid keeping the works safe and economical.

The White Collar Factory concept will deliver a building that is both green – 25% lower operational energy demand – and much more flexible than traditional speculative office developments, with bare concrete walls and exposed services.  Naturally ventilated spec-offices will boast low rents and running costs.
